Update 3/29/2021 11:40 AM: It appears that the issues with Twitter ended as rapidly as they began, as most users are now reporting that the problems have been resolved.
The social media giant Twitter appears to be down for many users across the globe as thousands of users, particularly people in the United States and Europe, are reporting issues with using the platform. There are also reported issues in other countries as well according to DownDetector, although they apear to be less severe.

It’s unclear what exactly is causing these issues, and Twitter hasn’t provided any updates just yet. Ultimately, we just have to hope that the problems will be resolved and that the platform will be running smoothly as usual soon. Stay tuned for updates as the situation unfolds.
