Grounded is a surprise hit from a small team of passionate developers at Obsidian Entertainment. The Xbox Game Studios title is currently in early access and promises to release a new feature update every single month. True to their word, the Grounded team has announced their intention to open their Public Test Server in the next week to test the upcoming March Content Update. Once tested in the Public Test Server, the 0.8.0 March Content Update should drop for everyone by the end of March.
However, the Grounded team didn’t stop there. They also teased a handful of new features and changes coming soon to Grounded, including one feature that has been heavily requested from the Grounded community since the game first dropped. Before long, Grounded will have a proper Photo Mode! Now players will be able to easily capture beautiful images of Grounded and its detailed life, environments, and more.

A little less exciting than the impending Photo Mode, Grounded also teased the ability to pick up spent arrows by simply walking over them, as well as a new mechanic that would make players sick if they drink dirty water.
We won’t have to wait long to learn what exactly the March Content Update includes, and Grounded’s biggest fans will be able to experience the update even earlier when it hits the Public Test Server. It’ll be exciting to see how Obsidian Entertainment follows the February Content Update for Grounded.
